I tried all the possibilities, don’t waste your time. I don’t understand why these companies launch app which does not work. Do they have an IT team or is it outsourced to some novice and launched without testing. I regret my company chose such primitive organisation for health insurance.

Very poor App. Every action in the app leads to a crash. Also when a tab or button clicked it takes too much time to respond, finally it crashes. All the information in the app are not displaying properly.

It’s really disappointing experience with the app which never works and always glitches. Trying to login since 2 weeks to check mediclaim status but giving errors such as:
Not letting me edit email ID
Error message: Your Internet seems to be offline (which is definitely not the case)
Doesn’t pre-populate or prompt saved details

It’s a dummy app, not working at all.
Also the Medsave is the worst insurance company I have ever seen. They don’t have intention to clear the claim and keep delaying and delaying.
