At the first I couldn’t login my account, after 2 hours the staff help me to do it , but they still couldn’t confirm my DOB to check my X-ray , they try to renew my DOB in the system, then no work until now for one week !  And the app have no feedback option to report this issue

The team at medscan are super professional and the sites are modern and extremely clean. At all times I felt well cared for and the app makes it easy to see a whole bunch of stuff I have absolutely no idea how to interpret
