I’m a court employee, plus, I have multiple autoimmune disorders and already take a bunch meds. But, these are a great substitute for some three of my meds. Less lag, as system does feel kinda detoxed. Moderation is key. No need to increase dosage either and makes me have a few left over meds in case of another pandemic. lol Helps keep my bp in check, I sleep better, and my kids enjoy a more ‘chill’ mom. **Developer response:** Really glad our products are working well for you. When comparing Medterra to my local head shops, Medterra’s quality is 10/10. Although it’s much more expensive than buying local.(which is why I gave 4 stars) The shipments do come quick which is great. All in all I think Medterra is worth it for those that can afford it. I can’t afford to buy every month like I would like to, but I have racked up 1000 points in rewards, which will get me a free tincture. So the rewards are a great perk too for those with less funds. It has less functionality than the mobile site. And it nags you with notifications and ads. If it allowed me to easily manage my subscriptions and account information I might consider keeping it, but it can’t even do that right. **Developer response:** Appreciate the honest feedback. The app on the other hand won’t even let me login and continuously tells me that my email is wrong or invalid, and when I go to reset the password, even though though it’s correct, it tells me that my account is still invalid but everything works perfectly fine on the website. **Developer response:** Sorry the app wasn't letting you in. Don’t Download. *2023-08-23* They will try to lie to you about free product to download their useless app that has less functionality than their website. All lies. Stupid coupon that’s a worse deal than their daily deals. I had received an email stating that if I downloaded the app I would receive an extra discount. So I deleted my started order and instead downloaded the app. No extra discount was offered for this order. Plus there are problems using the app over just creating a regular account online. Years ago I was a regular shopper with Medterra for my dogs. I stoped using Medterra after I lost my dog to cancer. In the past there was always issues with shipping where the free shipping took close to 2 weeks to get the order. That’s longer then any online store. So I wanted to pay the extra price to get the product faster. It isn’t an option if you use the app. It only allows for free shipping with no way of knowing how fast it will come. IE do they send it the slowest way or 3-5 day UPS. I know it won’t come overnight. So that’s 2 stars I removed because they don’t stand behind the e tea discount or the fact about shipping. Please note: yes, before totally completing my order I was offered a discount if I add more to the box. This wasn’t a discount off my original order, nor was something just offered if you used the app. Medterra-I honestly can’t believe that there are more issues placing orders or believing your deals after years being away. Why? I will amend this review if the shipping gets here faster than almost 12 days by regular mail in the past. It was sent the cheapest possible way, IE kind of like bulk mail. It took longer tgen a regular letter. It was awful watching my dog being in pain just because you ship slower then any company I do business with. So I stopped doing business. I wonder if it’s gotten better? ### 3/5 — Can’t manage subscriptions from app. *2023-07-15* The only reason I would have this app on my phone would be to manage my Medterra subscriptions. Since this app does not allow that, it’s of no use to me. App can track packages which is cool but I can do that just as easy from the shipping confirmation email. **Developer response:** We're constantly working to improve the app and its functionality, and your input is valuable in this process. I have been diagnosed as needing a knee replacement, but when I have pain the 1000 ml CBD cream helps right away. I have sciatica in my back and down my leg and this CBD cream helps the pain there too. I also suffer from severe Fibromyalgia due to severe trauma from a lumbar back injury and severe auto accident fifty years ago.
