MedWise™ is an easy-to-use medication safety app that enables a consumer to take control of their health. Import or manually enter medications. Create reminders to take your meds and track when you take them. Review your Vaccine History record, and see recommendations.

Additionally, this app provides Caregiver Access, enabling a loved one to manage their family member’s health. Submit refill, transfer, and appointment requests to a pharmacy. Securely two-way message their pharmacist within the app. Access a personalized medication risk score, identify potential drug interactions, and speak to a licensed pharmacist.

The MedWise™ app includes a link to a licensed pharmacist.  With only a phone call this pharmacist is ready to help prevent potential drug interactions and recommend a plan of action. Questions are always answered by a human.
