In plastic surgery this app is excellent for texting and pics. Remote wipe is a very useful tool. Photos are safe and I can get instant opinions if I need to. It is very easy to use and I know my information is secure even if I lose my phone.

I have been using M.E.D.X for secure mobile communications in a medical practice. What I love about it is how user-friendly the app is. I don't have time to waste with inefficient secure messaging apps. M.E.D.X is clean and intuitive. However, what really make this app great is how it streamlines my workflows. The app supports a lot of file extensions (including .doc, .pdf, video, and images to name a few) AND it has a built-in e-signature functionality. So I can receive a document, sign it, and send back in seconds. Also, it has the ability to connect with PACS and EMRs. I can't say enough about the combination of usability and functionality.

M.E.D.X has been found to be a valuable tool for us needing to share and/or discuss confidential information. With staff members already carrying their phones with them, this app became an easy "add-on" giving us immediate and safe transfer of information.

I have been using this for work and it’s solved a lot of problems.  In my practice, we do not have to be dependent on pagers anymore.  This app allows for communication between providers that gives all the information I need to actually go take care of a patient without potential legal problems of using regular text.  In this modern mobile world it doesn’t make sense to be dependent on getting a page, answering the page and writing down information when I can keep it with me on my phone.
