It will not allow me to put my ZIP Code and it keeps saying error. do not download it this app useless… ### 1/5 — Bull sheet *2024-11-14* Why can I not log in on a website and look into my portal or get help with anything why do I have to download this bogus app! I don’t find it helpful when trying to figure out what I really owe. I get bills from the providers, but the app says I don’t owe anything. I’ve made phone calls and have been told I don’t owe anything, but then the provider still says I owe. Not really pleased when it comes to the claims process. I think it works for finding a provider, however again.
