This app is horrible I can’t even search for a primary care doctor. It will not allow me to put my ZIP Code and it keeps saying error.  do not download it this app useless…

Why can I not log in on a website and look into my portal or get help with anything why do I have to download this bogus app! I hate these cheap gimmick insurance plans with these cheap ideas ‼️‼️‼️

The app is hit and miss to use and there is no tech support. My provider tells me to contact Medxoom when it is timing out and Medxoom is referring me to my provider. Tried updating, doesn’t work, next delete app and start over. What if this was a health emergency? Wish I just had a card smh

This app never reflects my account information regarding claims and randomly locks me out saying I don’t have an account.  Totally worthless.

I’m not able to see the entire page on my phone.  I don’t find it helpful when trying to figure out what I really owe.  I get bills from the providers, but the app says I don’t owe anything.  I’ve made phone calls and have been told I don’t owe anything, but then the provider still says I owe.  Not really pleased when it comes to the claims process.

I think it works for finding a provider, however again. It doesn’t fit correctly on my phone screen.
