The app doesn’t even work. They take your phone number and sell it to scammers instead. I get about 15 spam calls a night. Usually they will give you 10 orders a day so be prepared to spend 20 dollars on gasoline and only earn $30 😂 In 3/4 hours of work. depending how difficult will be the drop off. Please, don’t waste you time and energy with Medzoomer the payment is so low. Got an email. Let me know that something was open in my area and that I would get a call and an email or text wait around for a month and a half nothing happened called. They said they had nothing so I was a little perplexed and upset and told the guy that I was told that they had something for me so I started to get rid of everything including the app got a call back telling me to send a picture of myself for identity reasons and that the drugstore was around the corner from me and I am familiar with that drugstore that was gonna be signed. Drugstore to deliver for wait around a week goes by two weeks goes by a month goes by nothing, so I end up erasing the app and letting them know to take me off the list have no time for incompetence they always give the excuse that there is so busy. I am writing to file a complaint regarding Medzoomer’s treatment of me following a car accident that occurred while I was performing deliveries. During my work, dispatch frequently sent text messages and communications while I was driving, creating distractions and safety concerns. After the accident, I noticed that my delivery opportunities and earnings were significantly reduced. I was repeatedly told that there were no available bonuses or offers, while it appeared that other drivers continued to receive work. As a result, it became very difficult for me to maintain my income and continue working. I believe I was treated unfairly after the accident, and I am concerned about the safety practices that require or encourage drivers to respond to messages while driving. I respectfully request that Alto review this matter and document my complaint. I would appreciate any assistance or information regarding the outcome of your review. It freezes up in the middle of drop offs, constantly logs off. Also at times you complete a delivery and it will not let you hit the finish button smh. It took a while just to get online with them, and I had a call interview where they were very demanding about how they operate, blah blah blah. It felt like a six-figure job with all their expectations. When they finally offered me my first route, it was over 30 miles with 6 deliveries, and the pharmacy alone was another 17 miles from my location. They wanted to pay me only about $30 something for around 3 hours work, below minimum wage here in California—for me to use my car, my gas, and my time. I have to admit I didn’t think I was going to receive anything!!!! But I did, so I gave them 4 stars for being legit. ### 4/5 — Corrier *2024-05-07, version 2.0.5* I have worked for Medzoomer for over a year now. It is definitely a legitimate company. The app is pretty good. The problems I have had with the app is that when I am following the navigation I find it has a hard time locking in on my location. The map will bound around and makes it difficult to follow. Also, the only other glitch, is sometimes the voice command will sound like two voices at the same time. When it happens I usually restart the app and it fixes itself. Overall, the app is pretty decent. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2025-01-31, version 2.0.11* Doesn’t work properly and has some issues. But once you begin you drive up to a shady looking pharmacy in a dirty strip shopping center. That’s your first red flag, 2. This will not replace any of your other gig apps your trying to break away from. Once you log on, no work till lunch, then there is no work ever. I lived 30 miles from pharmacy pick up. Not worth even anything. Seems legit though. They say it is like uber but it is nothing like it. They need to work on their map and turn by turn. It is good if you can work the same time everyday but they cancel trips after you drive to the pharmacy and waste your time then lie about why it was cancelled when they really gave the job to another carrier after you were told you would get it. They short pay and don’t make up for extra driving when the app takes you one place but the delivery is 10 miles away. You message them then have to wait for a response which sometimes takes too long and again no compensation for your waiting time. ### 2/5 — 1 year working with Medzoomer & this app….. *2024-10-06, version 2.0.11* I have been working and promoting this legit company to my viewers on Tik Tok and the company is very respectful and cooperative when things need to be handled. I do appreciate the effort in fixing the bugs within the app but when I am working and the app messes up all I can do is shut it down and start it back up , which takes away from delivering quickly to the next person. I wish this app worked quickly and easily so that my work day is ran the same way. stopping and going really upsets me just because the app isn’t functioning smoothly.
