Focused on more technical roles. I’m a big fan of taking a more casual, incremental approach to job hunting. MeeBoss is a great tool to complement what you’re already doing on Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. I don’t love that AI suggests text in my introductions. We used MeeBoss to find talent for our startup, and it blew every other hiring tool out of the water. Within seconds I had a shortlist of candidates who actually were the right fit for our needs, pace and company culture. Instead of sifting through endless resumes, we got direct conversations with top tier people. No one wants to call you it’s a scam!!!!! ### 1/5 — Scam! *2026-03-05, version 2.08.0* Among the few companies that are on the platform, many of them schedule interviews with you to get free advice on their business growth ### 1/5 — Confusing Experience *2026-01-25* Their app matches me with jobs that I can’t do, and then the in person event has not enough food, bad food (like cheese that made me gag), it was so hard to get in cause alll the doors were locked, and then the one company that I wanted to interview with didn’t even show up. And you need to download the app just to get in. It’s just kinda chaotic. Not really a nice experience. And my headshot came out terribly cause the photographer doesn’t even say anything to make you smile. Lots of missed opportunities here. But I’ll give them at least one more try and then maybe change my rating. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-07-28* Looking for a platform like LinkedIn or Indeed but significantly worse? Then MeeBoss is perfect for you. If you’re currently using this app search for cross postings on one of the big platforms and apply there - employers are Much more likely to respond. But I have messages to employers that are 3 months old and until there’s incentive for an employer to message back or reject a candidate (eg. email them daily reminders, auto reject, etc), this app fixes nothing that’s wrong with the hiring processes of today. However, the job listings shown have nothing to do with the preferences I entered. Not only were all the jobs displayed in Washington state, despite me selecting a state on the East Coast, but the job titles didn’t align with my preferences either. It feels like filling out the questionnaire was completely useless. Maybe the ad I saw for this was just misdirected and should have been marketed to locals within the Seattle area. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
