Користуюся цим сервісом уже понад рік, і за цей час жодна посилка не «пішла ліворуч». Для замовлень із Китаю додаток те, що треба, трекінг працює норм, завжди точно знаєш, де твій вантаж зараз перебуває. До вартості доставки питань теж немає, ціни цілком адекватні

Інтерфейс критично перевантажений: важлива інформація про проблемні посилки захована в меню, а пуш-сповіщення відсутні. Навіть прості дії, як-от підтвердження перепакування, неможливо виконати без дзвінка в підтримку. На головній сторінці — купа зайвого шуму замість акценту на неоформлених, проблемних замовлень. Через такий UX посилки затримуються до 3 тижнів, бо просто неможливо зрозуміти, що система чекає на якісь дії. Картки перевантажені іконками, а оплата не знімає статус затримки автоматично

Мною було створено замовлення, але воно не було додано до посилки і був на складі. Я про це не знала, бо товар чекали на митниці. Співробітники про зберігання товару не повідомили, в результаті, чого товар був протермінований і направлений на склад утилізації

Гарний додаток для замовлення посилок з Китаю. Все літає, трекінг детальний, ціни на доставку адекватні. Користуюся вже більше року, жодна посилка не загубилася. 5 зірок!

При доставці посилок виставляють загальний рахунок який не можна перевірити. Що саме пораховано??? Є тільки  и вага і загальна вартість для оплати. Що саме і скільки ти сплачуєш за вагу і окремі послуги тобі не відомо. Після підрахунку сума ніколи особисто не сходиться. Завжди сума завищена! І ти не можеш її перевірити чи оскаржити. Це сума має бути оплачена в інакшому випадку твій особистий товар тобі не доставлять і тобі його відбере компанія. Висновок : Яку суму тобі виставили ти без ніяких заперечень і умов повинен оплатити.

Додаток зручний, але після оновлення і додавання статусу «в черзі на приймання до міжнародного сортувального центру» стало  тільки гірше. За цим статусом неможливо відсортувати посилку, дуже не зручно. Дає тільки хибну надію на швидшу доставку. Приберіть цей статус, він зовсім не потрібен.

Додаток зручний, все зрозуміло. Замовляла через них 3D принтер з 1688. В Україні такий  за 25к бачила, мені з авіадоставкою вийшов трохи більше 13к. По самому додатку: трекінг працює чітко, сповіщення приходять вчасно. Був невеликий глюк при реєстрації, але з другого разу все підтягнулося. Рекомендую
