When system pre-fills address suggestion i want to be bombarded by error messages that address need to be filled in Ukrainian language ### 2/5 — App periodically doesn’t work *2026-05-03, version 1.8.44* Section payments regularly doesn’t work ( experience on three devices Apple- different times)- >attempts to reach company by phone -gives no result,- as a fact I can’t process payments through app an they give no alternative -> Meest shopping suspending shipping… but not by my fault… There was period time ago when app was ok… now- not app, not support, not service are good anymore…. ### 3/5 — Poor buggy process of adding a Meest branch to the addresses *2025-08-04, version 1.8.30* The search of Meest branches is terribly hard, the numbers of branches in the list do not match actual numbers. Technical Support is arrogant and unhelpful ### 4/5 — Very useful app *2025-03-20, version 1.8.26* It’s easy to order anything from online store all over the Europe and USA. I’m glad that support responds quickly. However you have some issues on the platform (like you can’t cancel order from the Shopping option even if you have made it unpurpose, so you need to write to support, also if the order number is too long the number itself doesn’t show any indicator that you have cut it- maybe adding “dots” would be helpful, and the last one is the payment. First you have to add the card to your “saved cards” wallet, than you have to type in one more type all credentials, so what is the point to add it twice? Than you have to select card from “saved” and it’s not going to work probably bcs of cvv. So you need to delete the card and add it again to the “saved” wallet card and repeat filling everything again. Parcel tracking number doesn’t show actual status and place. When you try to contact support, only thing you can do is to write review about developers. It does not kee track of added addresses, you have to add new info everytime. In particular, you pay shipment invoice, it shows paid, and that’s all. It no longer updates status like shipped, delivered. It does not update it even after I receive the package. But this time only meest had an option of buying out. So I gave it a shot. It took 2 weeks for them to receive the package. After that they’ve lost it and found it only after I created contacted support. Then, when I ordered shipping to Europe, there were extra, hidden fees which I didn’t expect when I made an order.
