Unclear rates. *2026-06-26* На веб сайті компанії немає опції викликати курʼєра для пікап. Мені зайняло приблизно годину часу щоб в телефонному режимі з працівником компанії отримати інформацію який з їхніх підрядників надає таку послугу у місті Чікаго, так як виявилось що більшість з пропонованого списку працюють тільки drop off. 26 червня близько 3 год. приїхав працівник компанії DOLYNKA UKRAINIAN AMERICAN CONSULTING. Я відправляла два чемодани і попросила запакувати їх в одну посилку. Мені було відмовлено спираючись на різний розмір чемоданів і що немає коробки щоб їх вмістила. Що є нонсенсом і нісенітницею. Після зважування мені було вручено дві декларації для заповнення даних. У графі номер телефону отримувача я вказала свій номер США так як планувала отримати їх особисто у відділенні Нової пошти вже в Україні. Після оплати (тільки Zelle or cash або їхати в їхній офіс щоб оплатити кредиткою з незрозумілим ще якимось Fee) мені було повідомлено що для отримання посилок потрібен тільки український номер і альтернативних варіантів таких як електронна пошта, вайбер, телеграм ітп. не існує. Також була озвучена ціна ввізного мита у сумі 140 доларів, що не відповідає законодавству України про ввізне мито яке становить 150 євро. В результаті всього вищевказаного моя посилка так і не була відправлена. Що спричинило для мене велику трату часу, незручності і величезне розчарування у сервісі компанії Meest клієнтом і послугами якої я користувалась понад 7 років та Нова Пошта. ### 5/5 — Хороший сервіс *2026-06-24* Все ок!
