Followed the instructions from the website there is no way you can edit the middle name the rest is working!!! Please look into this or issue a refund

I have tried this app on 3 devices and the same happens that when you click edit background it asks the first time allowing access to photos then crashes . Wouldn't be to bad if didn't pay £2.99 for a app I can't use

App is not working properly, unable to edit name section (middle section).

Need at least 3 lines for info. Asked for refund but have not received anything yet. Could be lesson learned. Description of what it can do is vague.

**Developer response:** Sorry about your experience or if we've been unclear in our product description. Our App is a driver board for displaying passenger names that you can customise with our generic templates or use your own backgrounds/branding.

We only allow one line for the 'passenger name' and a header and footer section for any additional details (company name, website, contact details, etc). This is due to size constraints and making sure the passenger name takes prominence over everything else. 

All refunds are processed through the App store and we have no say in rejecting or accepting these. Please contact Apple and I'm sure they'd be able to help you with this.

If only you can increase text size....it bit too small

**Developer response:** Hi Hitman88, you can increase the size of the text of the header and footer in the 'Edit Template' section. For the 'passenger name' the text 'auto-fits' for when longer names are used, so the text isn't cropped or runs into the footer text.
