Not sure if it’s been abandoned by the devs or not. As a man, I get 2 swipes a day if I’m lucky (also with no filters applied). Not sure if that’s just from the lack of women on the app, or if they’re really trying to milk a subscription. But even when you pay for premium (as I did) you still don’t get many additional swipes. So the premium service is not worth it at all. Except you’ll get the see the faces of those that like you. Another function of the app that needs fixed, is it seems that your likes expire. So if someone likes your profile, and you don’t have premium you have to wait for their profile to pop up on 1 of your 2 swipes a day… and if that doesn’t happen soon enough, the likes disappear, so you miss out on your chance to connect with someone. Just another hurdle/frustration in the dating life of a single orthodox man. Were cooked bros. ### 2/5 — Kind disappointed!! *2025-09-18* U need a lot of improvements!!! - give 1st month for free of half price to encourage people to download i. - once we press X it’s done except last profile, maybe after few days I decided to like someone, create ( favorite) to go back if needed without notifying the favorites. - u have to pay for ads to be seen. - to reach the app. maximum time with us? Is 2-3 weeks, so I won’t renew it coz I get nothing!! - no profile is permitted without photos or clear photos, how I am gonna choose u without seeing u!!! - some users have 3 or 2 profiles, I understand it’s 3 subscriptions $$$ for u but credibility is important!! - guys, u need a lot of work to make this happen!!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible don’t waste your time *2025-04-26* Let’s be honest here the worst dating app ever. There’s 10 users on here they make it seem there’s a lot because they show you 1 a day!!!!! FRAUD!!!! Imagine getting 2 swipes and then paying 17$ just to get like 5 more swipes and then being told you can’t swipe anymore. I don’t know what the maker of this app is smoking but it’s probably laced w a mixture of insanity and a bit of Tom foolery. Do not download it’s not worth your time. ### 3/5 — Buggy. Cannot read/reply to chat! *2024-08-29* This app is prone to bugs. In my case, I can no longer read OR reply to chat messages despite showing several to be read from the little red badge, and receiving notifications from the app that show part of the message. Quite unfortunate considering a wonderful match I made, and we even planned a video call just before being able to exchange our contact information. I have sent emails to the customer support address but have not received a reply. The last notification I read from her is that she was notifying me that she would be deleting the app tomorrow... I realize the chances may be slim, but if the developer sees this message today, please reply or check your email! ### 1/5 — Not worth … *2024-08-16, version 3.2.7* I had like 8 matches for multiple days then they let you swipe on people without paying 20$ a month. Just like 99% of your other dating apps. Useless. Big pool little success. I’m 6’4 decent looking good shape with $400k annual income - not a dork. ### 3/5 — Too Much Money For Not Enough Content *2024-07-12* Having been a part of the app in its earliest version and then since they changed the pay structure: the app isn’t worth the cost for what you get. While I appreciate that someone is striving to create a platform for Orthodox Christians to date; this app isn’t it. A) They don’t even include all the main Orthodox Jurisdictions within the US, it’s not a huge issue (for me), but it’s a poignant detail clearly missed which seems odd assuming a fellow Orthodox Christian made the app. B) I understand that it does cost money to maintain apps, however I feel like you’d actually make more money if the cost was lower and you could see more people. You could even do it in tiers: $5= 10 people, $10=15, etc While appreciate you’re trying to reduce the number of people we swipe on because mentally too many swipes takes dating into a weird place; $18+ dollars a month for limits feels steep. Also even with paying, our ability to filter is still limited. I kept re-seeing people I’d say no to repeatedly. C) because of the structure/limitations this app doesn’t feel helpful, it feels like someone taking advantage of a population whose earnestly struggling to find a spouse. Marriage is a sacrament & shouldn’t be used as an opportunity to profit off of other people’s loneliness. You can charge of course, be maybe rethink the cost vs benefit of what you’re actually offering. I just expected better from an Orthodox Christian ### 3/5 — Works fine *2024-05-21, version 3.2.6* Only shows a few profiles per day and way overpriced. Otherwise does the job. ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-05-09, version 3.2.6* I can’t make my profile public because my text verification code isn’t coming through. My phone number is in there correctly and other apps are sending codes out to me fine, so something’s wrong on their end. As of right now it’s completely unusable for me because of this ### 1/5 — Waste of time & it’s $18 a month *2024-03-11, version 3.2.5* I get less than 2-5 profiles to swipe on a day is the limit I get for the free version. I can’t see anyone who likes me back. I have to pay $18 a month to swipe to interact with someone. On my first day I only could have 2 profiles to swipe on and that’s it. Worst dating app I’ve ever been on. ### 3/5 — Great dating app, but… *2023-11-23* I enjoy the setup of the app and everything, but when I bought a premium account, I still get the message that I’ve seen the max number of profiles for a free account. It even says tap below to upgrade with no button even appearing. Now I can’t login. When I try the forgot my password function, it says it doesn’t recognize my email address. Now I have no way of contacting the person I was chatting with. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Too many rules *2026-06-23* You would think that for the lack of dating Orthodox dating apps, they would want to make something easy to use. But no, let’s add a bunch of arbitrary rigid rules that take too long to go through. Requiring a certain amount in a bio just makes for insincere wordy bios. Requiring this and that to go public is silly. Imposing what YOU think a dating app profile should look like is not good design. All people want is something that’s easy to use and doesn’t charge you to actually meet people. Remove the arbitrary rules, make it a normal dating site for Orthodox Christians to meet easily. ### 1/5 — Poor implementation, abandonware, bad name *2026-01-10, version 3.2.9* The worst part of the app, in addition to the implementation, is the name. Now I have to think about this app while I’m in Divine Liturgy? Doesn’t seem as though anyone works on the app, screens or updates ### 1/5 — Full of Feminist Christian Women *2025-09-22* So I noticed this profile she said she was busy and she listed ten different reasons why she was busy. As I understood it, she doesn’t have time for a relationship. She got angry, as any feminist woman would and reported my profile. So I got banned for a message asking, “why are you here on a dating app if you’re so busy?”She was average looking btw. So a lesson to be learned ladies. Stop behaving angry when men aren’t buying into your fake disinterested fake busy lifestyles. The corporate women I know never want to make themselves too busy. When you’re not emotionally mature, you should stay out of the dating market, half of you have boyfriends. You ladies need to learn to stay loyal. If your men aren’t good enough for you, then break up with him. Actually make yourself un-busy and maybe we gentlemen will fit you into our lives. I went through one profile and apparently that’s all you get for the day. I get having a limit, but that’s pretty harsh.
