But this app is a trash. After you registered and login in, it will redirect you to a web page for ordering (so why we need this app???). That is to say, all credits card info is very vulnerable to be hacked and stolen. More importantly, when I ordered from their web page, the store did not actually receive the order. It doesn't make it easy for you to make a purchase. You also cannot skip the Tip feature, you CAN choose to Add Tips as $0. ### 3/5 — Got the basics down but still some flaws *2021-05-08, version 2.7.201211* Aesthetics and user experience aside, the app seems to have been updated a few times since inception to address most of the complaints in these 1-star reviews. The app can find the nearest store location, allows me to reload funds, and takes my order accurately and quickly 90% of the time. Basically, it does the job. My two biggest complaints are: (1) there is no way to redeem rewards. I have a coupon and some other reward I accrued (I'm now a silver tier customer) yet tapping on it doesn't let me redeem it. When entering in my order and before submitting it, the option to redeem rewards is nowhere to be found. And, (2) the user experience interface is severely lacking. Navigating through the app the first time was a little confusing but I figured it out fairly quickly. ### 2/5 — App never processes my order *2025-08-07, version 25051001* I love Meet Fresh but the app never to be heavily inspected.
