Most habit apps are built for the version of you that never slips. This one is built for the other days. Future Self starts with a letter. Not a tip, not a checklist — a letter from ninety days ahead, written as if the change already happened, in your circumstances and your words. Then it builds the practice that gets you there. HOW IT WORKS Say what you want to be different. Two or three things, not thirty — the rest will still be there in ninety days. Each goal becomes a handful of small habits, every one carrying the reason you chose it, for the mornings you'd rather skip. Cut the ones that don't fit. Write your own in twenty seconds. Then it's just the next small thing, every day, for ninety days. WHAT YOU WON'T FIND HERE No streak to protect. A streak tells you how long you've been perfect, so the day it breaks it reports a failure and keeps reporting it. This tracks consistency, instead a missed day costs a point, not the whole thing. No wall of red. No badge spam. No notification at nine in the evening asking why you didn't. One gentle nudge a day, and a letter when it matters. THE PROOF Five weeks of your actual days, laid out plainly. The share of what you scheduled that you actually kept. Your longest run without missing twice in a row, because slipping once and returning the next day is the skill that matters, not never slipping. And one comparison a generic tracker can't make: your average mood on the days you showed up, against the days you didn't. It's an association, not a cause, and the app says so on the screen.
