I’ve been trying for over an hour to find a way to set this up to connect to my Fermax intercom system without luck.
The instructions were very hard to find and cryptic and there are no login details provided with the device so I was not able to set it up.
Terrible website and operating system too

It was working for a few months and now I can’t let anyone in. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

App is not working properly. It’s not logging in or registering. Server seems to be down for more than a week

A complete disaster. The app no longer works after the last round of updates was pushed. We cannot answer the door or buzz people in from the app. It’s totally useless now. What a dumb update.

Does not have any functionality. Extremely poor. You can not even mute or silence calls. Agenda does not work. Interface is not user friendly at all.
