Inscrite il y a peu de temps j’ai décroché assez rapidement ma première garde ce qui n’arrive pas forcément sur les autres apps ! Cependant, il faut que l’application évolue, quelques problèmes d’ergonomie et de fluidité. Il serait bien d’y ajouter les notifications push pour ne rater aucun message ou demande. Aussi, ça manque un peu de transparence sur la manière dont les demandes sont envoyées aux petsitters, sur quels critères se basent l’application ? Tengo que entrar por web ya que por app imposible. Problemas de contraseña, etc. Y lo peor, se supone que tienes gente para pasear a tu perro y no existen. Basic functions are hidden or unintuitive. Other things are very poorly designed. As one of many examples, I tried to find a pet-sitter near a place I will be in 5 weeks. That by itself was not easy because by default it looks for sitter near you right now and it needs a very specific address, not a search area. After succeeding with my initial request, the app extended the search for my initial request but reverting back to my current location?!!!! I’m now receiving tens of offers of people living near me and I can’t even find where to cancel my request… My advice would be for the app developer to go back to the drawing board, redesign this app, get some adopters into a testing/review group and try again.
