## What is Meet Mya?

Not a chatbot. Not a voice agent. Mya is a personal concierge for every guest in the home.

Concierge Inc builds Mya for vacation rental hosts and the guests who stay with them. Sign in with the booking code from your host, and Mya already knows the home you're staying in.

FOR GUESTS
• Talk to Mya or type to her. She answers about this home and this stay, the way a concierge would.
• Check-in and check-out details, house guidance, and how things work around the home.
• Door and Wi-Fi details when your host has shared them, from check-in.
• Recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby.
• Need something? Ask Mya, and she gets it to your host.
• Your data, your call: export or delete what your stay recorded, right from the app.

FOR HOSTS
• Today: what's happening across your homes right now.
• Activity: guest requests and updates as they come in, with notifications.
• Homes: every property at a glance.
• Mya for owners: ask by voice while you're on the move.
• The desk work, like vendors, checklists and onboarding, stays on the Concierge web dashboard, where it's easier with a keyboard.

Guests need a booking code from a host who uses Concierge. Hosts sign in with their Concierge account.
