The app is outdated. I need to be able to open the app, load content to the queue and go about my day. ### 1/5 — App Does not Work Correctly *2025-08-04, version 4.0.8* I have used Edgar for years and used to be a big fan, but a few months ago it stopped working correctly. Posts that are correct when I create them show up wrong once they post to Facebook - broken links, missing names, missing previews. I have to fix each one manually, which defeats the whole point of using it. I reached out to their customer service almost 3 months ago. The issue has not been resolved and communication has been minimal. They appear to have zero interest in correcting the problem. ### 2/5 — Good tool, useless app *2023-12-23, version 4.0.8* I love Edgar and use it every day on my computer. The mobile app only lets you view your queue and skip posts. It would be amazing if you can share content to Edgar and create new posts from mobile. I use the desktop version to load hundreds of pieces of content and then schedule it all for a variety of social media accounts.The app doesn’t give you all those capabilities, but I think it would be too cumbersome to do on your phone. This is not a graphic design tool, it’s a social media scheduler. But also recycles all your content so that you can use and reuse it forever. It is an online marketers dream! I highly recommend it! ### 1/5 — Pointless *2021-01-18, version 3.1.0* There’s zero reason for this app to exist because you can’t post from it, and you can’t edit the posts you’ve schedule from the desktop. ### 1/5 — You can’t schedule posts in the app for instagram *2020-12-16, version 3.1.0* Hey I’m not sure if this is a joke or not but you can’t even schedule posts or create posts in the app. The only buttons/ icons in the app are the accounts view, filter, queue, and settings. I figured the filter icon would bring me to my profile and I could select my instagram account and edit from there (but no one can!) This is ridiculous, I have to make the posts solely on the website.
