Nice app for Meeting Notes!
But: Export does not work with iOS 8.0.2. And that is very important for professional multi device users.

Hat (fast) alles was es braucht. Nur müsste man die Protokolle auch thematisch bündeln können, in kürzester Zeit wird es sonst ziemlich unübersichtlich.

Arbeitende App. Sie tut was sie tun muß. Aber es gibt immer noch Verbesserungen. Einfügen vom Firmenlogo, aufgaben direkt in Erinnerungs App, Integration von Bilder ins Protokoll, öffnen des Protokolls per PDF in anderen Apps. Dies habe ich mal dem Support gemailt. Mal sehen was kommt. Aber sonst echt Super und weiter so.

This app has exactly the features I need to take minutes of my meetings.  It is easy to use and not overly complex like the other apps out there for iPad.

Ich finde die App nach kurzem Gebrauch sehr gut. Schön wäre es, wenn man ein Logo (Firmenname, usw.), den Protokollführer und einen Verteiler, einfügen könnte. Dann vergebe ich fünf Sterne.
Nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch zeigt sich, dass die App verschiedene Fehler hat (teilweise mehrfach Darstellung der Teilnehmer beim Wiederaufrufen, usw.)
So nicht zu gebrauchen.

Es ist genau die App die mir gefehlt hat um Meeting Notizen auf dem iPad zu machen. Kein aufwendiges nachbereiten auf dem PC - nein direkt im Meeting erstellt und gleich an die Teilnehmer versandt oder als PDF gespeichert. 
Agenda und Meeting Daten direkt aus dem Kalender importiert und einfach zu Formatieren. Offene Aufgaben können bei Folgemeeting übernommen werden. Habe die optimale Lösung gefunden die keine Verbindung zu Servern, Clouddiensten oder ähnlichem braucht. 
Wunschliste an den Entwickler:
- Gruppierung nach Thema oder in Ordnern 
- Editierbare Fußzeile
- Datum mit Tag und Uhrzeit statt nur Datum
- Neben dem Namen des Verantwortlichen noch eine Kommentar- oder Notizzeile für die Aufgaben
Nicht Action Item basierter Aufbau. Man muss Text schreiben und die Aufgaben extra notieren. Action Owner ist manuell einzutragen.
Besser wäre hier auch Teilnehmer oder Kontakte auswählen zu können.

Auf den erst Blick (konnte noch nicht lange testen) genau das was ich suche. Leider denke ich wird es mit der Anzahl der Protokolle ohne Ordnerstuktur unübersichtlich (eine Zusammenfassung je Projekt wäre wünschenswert).
Schön wäre, wenn das Textfeld für die Aufgabe mehrzeilig wäre, damit man auch längeren Text komfortabel lesen kann.
Wenn es das gibt sind fünf Sterne fällig.

Fast genau was ich brauche. Leider ohne Ordnerstruktur. Bei vielen Notizen, wird es schnell unübersichtlich und man kann keine Gruppen erstellen für z.B. Baustelle xy… Gewerk xy, Thema xy. Wenn das gehen würde wäre die App ideal. Sollte das umgesetzt werden, dann sehr gerne 5 Sterne

Nutze diese Täglich für Projekt Meeting Protokolle.
Sehr einfach zu handhaben und intuitiv.

Leider konnte ich keine 5 Sterne vergeben, da nach dem letzten Update im dunkelmodus des IPad, die Kopfdaten in weiß dargestellt werden und somit nicht sichtbar sind. Diese sind nur Sichtbar wenn das IPad auf hellem Modus gestellt wird.

Schade, vor dem Update funktionierte dies problemfrei.

Sind bei mir alle Notizen noch vorhanden , mit Termindatum und den Beteiligten aber die Inhalte sind nicht mehr da.  Ansonsten ist die Software sehr gut.

Nach dem letzten Update ist die App einfach nur super.
Letztes Jahr hatte ich nach einem Update alle Notes etc. verloren, sie waren einfach gelöscht. 
Jetzt mache ich Sicherungskopien in einem anderen Ordner, ist einfach sicherer.
der Support ist super, der Entwickler reagiert sofort und konstruktiv.
Nach dem letzten Update 09.03.2019 sind die letzten negativen Punkte beseitigt. 5 Sternchen mit Sternchen 😊👍🏻

Well thought out, clean interface and the little touches make this app a must have bit of kit for anyone wanting to take their ipad seriously as a business tool.
Set up is easy, and one you have allowed access to both calendars and contacts, you are good to go.
Simply open the app, navigate to an upcoming meeting in your calendar, and the app magically creates a Minute document, with meeting subject, attendees, agenda and contact emails all included in the document. Once you have finished adding your notes to the bottom section, the document is ready to be sent out to all the attendees.
An excellent product and worth more than the 69p it is selling for.

Would love to see an Actions Section added to the standard form in future releases.
