MAXIMIZE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY - Set a date and duration for your meeting, so you know in advance how much time you have. - Activate notifications to be informed when your meeting time approaches. - Color-code your meetings or choose different views to help you organize your time more effectively. - Plan in advance the topics you will discuss so that you can follow them during the meeting. You can even create sub-topics for greater organization. - Write notes that you need to read during the meeting. - Synchronize all the information with iCloud, so you can always have it, no matter which iPhone you are on. - Keep everything in one place with a coordinated scheduler that allows you to easily and conveniently view all the information related to your meetings.
