### 2/5 — Very limited functionality

*2024-11-19, version 3.2.8*

This app is called a meeting planner but it doesn’t let you see the match up of timezones over several days or even a whole day. All it does is show you what time it is elsewhere on a given time and day in your timezone. You have to manually search each option. Other planners show the whole day mapped against all the other timezones. It also only has one screen “create event” (and the subordinate one showing planned events, I guess), but I’m not using the the thing to record events; I wanted it for ease of planning across timezones. It really doesn’t deliver.

### 4/5 — A GEM OF AN APP, Needs fix: future meetings months away

*2022-03-10, version 3.2.8*

I love this app, so much better than going to the website every time. I live in Hawai’i and have Meetings in Zoom in Australia. We are close, and yet far away in time. This close to Int Dateline, the distance gets closed, but flipped a day apart, so harder to estimate.

Apart from this it is a GEM, and I wish I had discovered this fix much sooner.

I checked every available menu, and did not find a way to choose a different month… Like way in future… Correct me if I am wrong!

### 3/5 — Very useful, but unusable with dark mode

*2021-09-01, version 3.2.7*

It’s a really helpful little app. My device is set with dark mode, which makes it impossible to use if wants to edit locations. Hope it’ll get fixed.

### 3/5 — Cannot use it in dark mode

*2021-08-13, version 3.2.7*

App works well, however currently if you use dark mode on your phone. The app is not usable, fonts are not visible when trying to add locations ect. Disappointing as it’s a great app otherwise.

### 3/5 — Good idea, very hard to set cities

*2021-04-21, version 3.2.7*

On iOS the cities are blacked out so it’s very hard to set. However once you guess which space is the city you want the app works well.

### 2/5 — Not great

*2021-03-07, version 3.2.7*

I suppose it works. But it is not very intuitive and the UI is not great

### 1/5 — So bad forget it

*2021-01-07, version 3.2.7*

So bad forget it

### 1/5 — difficult to use

*2020-11-20*

The app used to be much better. The present design is terrible. Cities are difficult to find and the selections are practically invisible. Disappointing and frustrating.

### 2/5 — Fiddly app

*2020-10-15, version 3.2.7*

This app makes a simple process way too complicated. The browser version is good, but the app version is not.

### 1/5 — Don’t buy! Waste of money

*2020-04-01, version 3.2.5*

Not even worth a few dollars! I use the meeting planner on the corresponding website all the time. I’m not sure this is even a real app as it didn’t actually show meeting times.

### 3/5 — Pretty good with room for easy improvement

*2020-02-27, version 3.2.5*

Hi devs! Please consider the following - take the small Day/Date text and instead of having it slide out of sight, keep it in front of each currently highlight time. It got very annoying having to slide all the way back to the midnight hours the see what day I was on.

Second, can you implement normal iOS slide-and-drift so a light flick could move around a bit quicker?

### 2/5 — Disappointing - errors and bugs

*2019-08-02, version 3.2.5*

Unfortunately this app is a bit buggy and also has some poor design decisions . The timeanddate.com website is much better e.g. it does haven’t the traffic light weekend /holidays coding problem , and it has more features

Issues with the app e.g.

Weird alphabetical order of cities in the directory - Berlin, New Hampshire, US is listed before Berlin, Germany

When you’re setting up the dates and you press to look at the main screen or even just look at the settings screen , all the setup is wiped and you have to start again

The “traffic light” system as a visual code guide to working hours in different zones sounds useful but is marred by how it designates all weekend and public holiday hours as non-working. This reduces its usefulness for global meeting planning - at least there should be a switch to turn this off or have several styles of coding as options.

### 3/5 — Fixed Schedule

*2019-07-20, version 3.2.5*

Fixed Monday to Friday based Schedule, would rate higher if users could set their availability

### 2/5 — Please add GMT

*2019-05-24, version 3.2.4*

quite disappointing. Usability is not very good. And how do you add GMT?

YOUR reply: “you don’t add time zones you add cities - London is a safe bet if you want GMT”

You answer is rubbish. London is not the same as GMT. We use global broadcasting services so we also need to know GMT (also called UTC). You have it on your time zone calculator on the website, so why not on the app? Come on guys, I thought you were experts in time zones...? Please add GMT, and give your paid users a better service please.

### 1/5 — I had different expectations

*2019-02-07, version 3.2.3*

I was so excited when I found this and saw all the rave reviews, but it just doesn’t work for me. It assumes everyone works M-F, 9-5 and does not give the leeway to customize what working hours actually are. Consequently, it’s pretty useless when trying to schedule a meeting with people in different countries who are all willing to work on a Saturday for instance.

### 1/5 — Very limited, mostly a time zone converter

*2018-10-02, version 3.2.3*

The app wouldn't let me email an appointment because it said I don't have an email account setup. But there is nowhere to setup an account.
You can sync it to your iCal, which is a little helpful.
There are no reminder settings, no real options for a "planner."
This should really just be promoted as a time zone converter app's
Bummer, it has potential.
In response to developer: I have two email accounts setup, however there is no apparent way to sync with your app. I see no place in your app, nor in my email apps to sync.

### 2/5 — Lack of ability to select by Timezone

*2018-03-19, version 3.2.2*

This app needs the ability to select a ‘location’ by timezone rather than by location. Just had to schedule a meeting from Auckland, New Zealand to someone in USA ‘CST’ which you can’t pick as it’s not a location!

### 1/5 — Only Time

*2018-02-14, version 3.2.1*

It doesn’t integrate Asian calendars so it’s basically just the times, which I already have on worldclock and slack. I still need a refund of $2.99 on this product. iTunes says to contact the developer, you say to contact iTunes.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nothing like the website

*2025-09-20, version 3.2.8*

What a let down. After paying $8 for this app, with the expectation that it will be similar to or better than the website, I find out that the app doesn’t even get the time right for some countries!

Give people the option of trialling this app before spending money on it. What a scam

Where’s the refund button??

### 1/5 — Don’t be fooled

*2025-07-06, version 3.2.8*

Everyone! The images on App Store make this look appealing. Don’t be fooled. This seriously is not usable. The last update was from
3 years ago. Stay away from
The iOS version. The website works well. The app - horrible.

### 1/5 — Cant add anything in California

*2021-11-27, version 3.2.7*

I was able to add Manila Philippines… but not California, not Los Angeles and not my home address….

Cant read dark grey print on black…..

I had to pay to try it, so I will contact Apple to refund, and ban this app…

### 1/5 — Paid app and no dark mode

*2021-10-24, version 3.2.7*

Seriously? I pay money for this app and it doesn’t work in dark mode. Can’t see the text. Waste of money for lame engineering.

### 1/5 — ! World Money Stealer : Do Not Buy !

*2021-08-01, version 3.2.7*

Assuming it would be as simple as the desktop site, I thought why not have the app?

It’s a completely useless app.

Does not show your city.

Does not even show time zones.

Does not even work.

Zero.

Zilch.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2021-06-27*

I don’t know who can use this but it’s atrocious

### 1/5 — Dark Mode Not Supported

*2021-05-12, version 3.2.7*

Dark mode is not supported so if you are in dark mode, you won’t be able to see the city search results.

### 1/5 — No one meets on weekends?

*2021-03-19, version 3.2.7*

I was pretty hopeful about this app. I was trying to schedule a meeting with my colleagues in Korea and I on the US west coast. This app automatically applies red zones over Saturday and Sunday with no option to turn off. Automatically useless to me.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2021-03-05, version 3.2.7*

This app is hard to use and not complete. Do not waste your time.

### 1/5 — Worked now does not

*2021-02-27, version 3.2.7*

App opens but content does not populate. Yes I have connectivity.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Faultless across time zones

*2025-10-01, version 3.2.8*

I’ve used this monthly for over four years. The great test for any time zone app is to check, for instance, Seattle, London UK, and Sydney Australia.

### 5/5 — Super App

*2018-02-17*

Einfach, gut und hilfreich!

**Developer response:** Thanks for your rating and review.

### 5/5 — Best scheduler I've found yet

*2017-09-01, version 3.1.2*

I've tried quite a few. This one seems to just work. Simple and intuitive. I live overseas and must make calls constantly. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Simple & Brilliantly Designed

*2016-09-11, version 3.0.0*

Cuts right through the confused UI of some other apps to such a clever simple design. Can be used for so much more than just meetings.

Would love to see the next version include an adjustable pop up Reminder of when the meeting / event begins !!

### 5/5 — Terrific rewrite of very useful app

*2016-07-17, version 3.0.0*

They've done a great job of reimagining how a meeting planner should be. Hugely useful for global players with contacts all over

### 5/5 — Helps set up and organise meetings across time zones

*2015-09-24, version 2.0.10*

If you are a frequent traveler or need to meet with people in multiple timezones, you need this app.

Easy to use and captures all the different uses of summer time etc. In each country, city

### 5/5 — Fly man

*2014-04-12, version 2.0.7*

Very convenient app - use all the time!

### 5/5 — Saves me from using the website

*2014-03-28, version 2.0.7*

Quick and easy way to setup a meeting, and then save it right into iCal.

Should have bought this a long time ago.

Am yet to reproduce the daylight savings bugs.

### 5/5 — Great app for meeting arrangement

*2014-01-26*

Great app for meeting arrangement, however, the fix didn't fix the world clock look on iPad when rotated in landscape.

### 5/5 — Extremely useful

*2013-11-25, version 2.0.7*

I work for an international company and frequently have to take part in conference calls with multiple participants in multiple locations worldwide. As a long-time user of the Time & Date web-based service, I was happy to see the iOS version available. The initial app I installed on my IPAD had a minor bug with the time zone display and I flagged this with the developer. I received a rapid acknowledgement, and the bug has now been fixed in this latest release. Many thanks for a great little app!
