## What is MeetingGPT?

MeetingGPT is an AI meeting notes app for recording, transcription, summaries, and action items.

Key features:

- Record meetings, lectures, interviews, and sales calls

- Add handwritten notes with Apple Pencil or a stylus
- Export notes as PDF or text and share them with your team

Privacy:

When you use cloud transcription or AI formatting, MeetingGPT sends the recorded audio and required processing information to KIRIHARE Inc. servers and third-party AI services. Before upload, the app shows what will be sent, where it will be sent, and how it will be handled, then asks for your explicit consent.

If you do not consent, MeetingGPT will not send audio to cloud AI services.

Subscriptions:

MeetingGPT Pro expands cloud transcription, speaker diarization, and AI meeting-note generation limits.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel renewal in your App Store account settings.
