MeetingIQ extracts a quote-ready snapshot of what they carry today, verified field by field on the web app. • Photos upload safely in the background and auto-delete from storage after 30 days; the extracted snapshot stays with the meeting. ### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-21 Quote without leaving the meeting. A built-in calculator brings your agency's own preset formulas to the phone — discount toggles, premium inputs, and a running breakdown — alongside a standard 4-function keypad. It runs the same math as the web app, so the phone and your desktop quote identical numbers off identical inputs. Add a client on the spot. When a client search finds no match, create the contact in Pipedrive or HubSpot right from the record screen, and the meeting links to it just as if the search had found them. Recordings are now cleared from your phone once they finish uploading, so the app stops holding audio it no longer needs. MeetingIQ also warns you when a headset or Bluetooth route could affect what gets recorded. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-11 Agendas that stay in sync, meeting hand-offs, and a new Settings screen. • Hand off the write-up — when you stop recording, assign the review to yourself or anyone in your agency.
