Beware! *2024-12-20* It’s free, and you get more than you’ve paid for, but not in a good way. The app was very glitchie from install not allowing access to password functionality. It also continuously wants you to download an “available update” not from the App Store. It behaves like data mining garbage and my phone acted weird even after I uninstalled it until I did a restore to yesterday’s back up. **Developer response:** Sorry for the issues, we are working to have password manager integration starting with the built-in version on your device. We are also working toward a standard app update process via the App Store rather than inside the app, stay tuned for more! ### 1/5 — Broken App *2024-09-20* You can’t use Apple Passwords to generate a secure passwords, the app won’t let you continue. You also can’t verify your account, you’ll get invalid token. **Developer response:** The Apple password manager should now work for you, we are working to implement other password manager options as well, and apologies for the token issues, please try again or reach out to support@meetmeonboard.com and we can try to work through the verification process. ### 1/5 — Waist of time *2024-06-09* Just got the app and over half of it doesn’t work **Developer response:** Thanks for trying us out, but please stay connected with us as we are rolling out updates every few months, we have had two major releases since your comment with more new and exciting features on the way! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work and downloads a virus *2026-03-19* So I sign up (which asks a lot of questions and takes a while to do…) and when I finally have verified my email and re-signed in, it asks for a profile photo and bio. I enter both but it won’t “Save and Close” the window when I push the button. It buffers then stops. No problem, I think, so I add more words to the bio (maybe mine was too short) then try to save… NO. Ok, so it must be the profile photo! I try 3 different photos and I try taking a new photo with my camera. All fail and have the same results. YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THAT SCREEN WONT GO AWAY AND WONT SAVE… the app is useless! ### 1/5 — Photo Upload Window *2026-02-23* I was really excited about this app - cruising in a few months - but I can’t get past the upload pic and bio window. This means I am not able to experience ANY of the app. I see a few other reviews with the same problem but no response from the team. The app automatically logs you out every 24 hours and login has a 20 second time-out feature that guarantees that you will not be able to login. The developers are working hard to get the glitches fixed, and I now understand the update process for adding the cruises. That was entirely my misunderstanding.
