## What is Meetward?

Make the people you meet at business events easier to remember.

Meetward helps you capture contacts, keep the context behind each conversation, and follow up after trade shows, conferences and networking events.

CAPTURE CONTACTS
Scan a business card or upload card photos individually or in a batch. Review and edit the extracted name, company, role, website, phone numbers and email before saving. Recognition varies with language, image quality and card layout; review important details before use.

REMEMBER THE CONTEXT
Keep notes, priorities and next steps with a contact. Review scan drafts and organize your follow-up without automatically sending messages.

FOLLOW UP
Prepare a message for email or WhatsApp and send it yourself in the destination app. Explicit WeChat IDs can be saved and copied for manual use in WeChat. Meetward does not open an arbitrary person's WeChat chat or send messages automatically.

SHARE YOUR CARD
Create your contact card with a photo or logo, company, role, website, LinkedIn, WhatsApp number and WeChat ID. Share an offline QR/contact file. Optionally choose fields and explicitly publish a web card: recipients can scan its QR and view or save the selected details in their browser without installing Meetward. Anyone with that public link can view it. You can update or remove the hosted card from the app; removal cannot erase copies recipients already saved.

DISCOVER AND PLAN EVENTS
Browse a licensed catalog of 120 conferences and exhibitions, filter by sector and format, and save events to your own plan. Each listing identifies its source. City and thematic photos are illustrative, not official event photography. Meetward is independent of event organizers. Confirm dates and admission details with the organizer before booking. No indoor navigation or bundled venue maps are offered.

KEEP CONTROL
Contacts and plans stay on your device, with protected backups. Optional web-card publication sends only your selected card details and photo to the hosting service; it does not upload your address book, scan photos or private notes. No automatic cross-device synchronization or enabled purchase flow. Optional device permissions are requested for features you choose.
