## What is Meez?

Meez turns any recipe into a grocery list in one tap.
Paste recipe text or take a photo—Meez extracts the ingredients and builds a single list organized by store section. Add multiple recipes and it merges and dedupes ingredients so you get one list, not three. Perfect for meal prep, dinner planning, or a quick run to the store.
HOW IT WORKS
Add recipes — Paste from a website or message, or photograph a recipe from a book or magazine.
Extract ingredients — Meez identifies ingredients and adds them to your list.
One list, by aisle — Items are grouped into sections like Produce, Dairy, Pantry, and Spices so you can shop in order.
Review pantry — Mark staples you already have (salt, oil, flour) so they’re removed from the list.
Edit and share — Adjust quantities, add manual items, or share your list with family.
BUILT FOR HOW YOU SHOP
Your list is sorted the way stores are laid out. No more jumping between aisles or rewriting scraps of paper. Add as many recipes as you want—Meez combines everything and remembers your “already have” choices for next time.
Recipe extraction uses Apple Intelligence where available. You can always paste text or add items manually.
