Moving all our accounts to UBL. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Serious issue with the app not functioning at all with the voiceover screen reader on the iPhone *2026-07-25, version 3.3.10* Over past few years the app has worked largely fine, for me, a user of it on the iPhone using the VoiceOver accessibility. this version, version 2.0 has been glitchy to say the least, but it has worked okay with some patience until last four days and now when I open it using VoiceOver, the first edit field is all that is seen and tapping to type anything into it doesn’t do anything. I have raised it with my manager and also provided further details. How much thought has been given to VoiceOver and other access technology users in the development of this app and updates to systems generally? Can the issue be looked at urgently so that people in my position can continue banking independently with confidence as before. And what’s the alternative for access technology users while the issues are resolved? So at the moment: 0(zero) stars from me, but the good news to end this message on to the developers from me is that the only way from here is upwards. So please prioritise and resolve the accessibility issues as soon as possible. I am not able to log in despite entering the correct credentials. Following the suggested steps, I attempted to use the “Forgot Password” option to reset my details, but that process also failed and did not resolve the issue. While logging in, it seems the software is processing something, however, nothing happens. I even tried clearing the app cache as recommended, but nothing worked.
