I quite like how you can plan your meals within the app.  Monique has simplified meal planning and gone back to basics with what to eat. Takes out the mathematical equations of what to eat.

If you are looking to become the best version of yourself then this is a great starting place. The app gives you all the answers, it educates you on what you need to nourish yourself accordingly to your lifestyle. Take the guess work out of what is good for your body and mind. Follow the easy to use prompts and the motivation and results will follow
