I downloaded the MegaBurn App last fall and gave up trying to get my login info to work after a week, and being 100% unable to connect with any support on the App's end to resolve the issue.   I figured it was being glitchy and just now re-tried it (4 months later) ...and it's still not working.  
The message I get at the login page when I enter my correct info is: "Error Occurred.  An error has occurred, please try again later."    This is a different message than when I intentionally enter the wrong pw etc.    So, deleting the App again.   What a bummer, would be nice to have it.
