Hello, why when I set my language to English, UK does it display the dates in American format? I do not like American date format.

For example Why does it display dates in the graph (in tracking) with months in the middle? I can’t read it!!! For example 03/10/2025. 
It should be 10/03/2025 for 10 March 2025.

I notice you’ve ignored my in-app feedback for 2 years now.

Aplikace fungovala na iphone 6 bezvadne. Na iphone 11 se mi vsak nezobrazuji nektere funkce, napriklad predpoved vahoveho odhadu pro nasledujici dny. Chtelo by to upgrade.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is cause it worked in the beginning after a year it would only just use the scale it would not input anything else, it’s been another year and I’ve tried everything to fix it. Company needs to fix glitching or error occurring

Koupili jsme s přítelkyní novou B14. První zvážení dobrý, aplikace vyhodnotila rozumně. Řekl jsem si, že to zpočátku zkusím první týden každé ráno. No, vzhledem k tomu, že se má váha změnila spíše dolů jsem ale se zděšením zjistil, že se má hodnota tělesného tuku za 7 dní dostala ze 14,0 na 25,6 😂 při váze 74kg. Hmotnost bez tuku ze 64,73kg na 54,93kg,podkožní tuk z 12,1kg na 23,2kg a svalová hmota z 61,49kg na 52,16kg.
To ale není všechno, dneska mi došla trpělivost a zvážil jsem se přes mobil přítelkyně přidáním nové osoby a UPLNĚ jiná čísla, mnohem blíže k těm prvním. Udělal jsem to samé na svém mobilu, přidáni dalšího...a...stejné hodnoty jako na mobilu přítelkyně. PROČ?
Pak další dotaz, jak z appky smažu vadná měření?

The metrics are so wrong, I started heavy in the gym in April, they measured all my body metrics, while I have gained weight, I have gained muscle, strength , and fat free weight. This application just calculates your metrics based on your height and weight, the scale and the app are a rip off. The gym also updated my metrics and they look good, even with the weight gain, I actually lost inches on my waist. The scale and this application are horribly wrong and will kill your confidence. I also have large bones and a very long torso for my height, I am tall for a female 5’11” and can wear short jeans or regular fit because my torso is so long , thus I weigh more than other thin women my height. My metabolic age WENT UP, yet I’m in the best shape of my entire life .this application is a complete waste , unless you truly only care about tracking your weight.

I love these scales, love that you can track your BMI, body water, muscle mass etc but the app constantly displays the incorrect weight. It’s so frustrating! The scales are correct but when translated onto the app it’s adding aroun 3lbs on. I’ve tried calibrating the scales more time’s than I’ve weighed myself and trying to explain the issue to the customer service team is a waste of time.
My advice is to spend a little more money and get a better pair of scales!

L’App non funziona. Continua a dire che la “connessione di rete é anomala”. Disinstallata più volte e reinstallata. Non funziona. Neanche riconosce più la registrazione effettuata perché compare sempre la scritta “connessione di rete anomala”. Non funziona con Iphone Pro 11 e IOS 13.3.1

In the previous versions of the app you could measure yourself a few times and then upload them to your phone. Now I have to have the phone on and near the scale to receive a measurement.

Prima salivo sulla bilancia attendevo la pesata dopo potevo liberamente scendere , aprire l’app e si sincronizzava ora questo non avviene più 
Cioè se mi peso e dopo lancio l’app questa non sincronizza nulla .. l’unico modo che ho per far sì che comunichi con la bilancia e tenere l’app aperta mentre mi peso

This app came with my scale.  When the scale died after a few years- I purchased a new scale.  I didn’t want to lose my data. To my surprise- I was able to continue using the app with my new scale and still had access to my data.  I absolutely LOVE the monthly reports (provided if you weigh yourself at least 10 times per month).  I weigh myself “every day” just so that I can see how food reflects my body.  I love knowing my bmi, muscle weight and other details.  This app is the BEST!!

I’ve used the withings scale for many years. When I encountered a problem syncing the scale with my phone, I received excellent customer service. The IT support folks were very patient and persistent in solving my problem. No issues since then. Use this daily and love it!  Great purchase.
