First time the order never came. Decided to give a second chance. Order was more than late but during this time of lockdown you can forgive. However no way to communicate with them to find out what is going on. Most of the order didn’t come. Okay during this time you can even forgive that. But the order was thrown in the back of the vehicle and I was given someone else’s order. Bags all mixed up. Cold things not kept cold. Searching through all the bags to find what was mine. I don’t know from where to start. Aside from the poorly programmed app and the technical weaknesses that I don’t care about much, the service is unbelievably BAD. I’ve tried multiple delivery apps before and they ranged from bad to very good, but something as bad as Megathy? I’ve never seen that. They’re the worst on all levels. Even though they’re never on time and their service is as poor as it gets, that wasn’t the worst thing. The real shock was the customer service! Aside from how very unresponsive they are (it takes the agent to reply after the chat starts 40-120 mins to reply), they are very rude and unprofessional. Words cannot describe how bad their customer service is, it’s like the ones handling their customer service chat are rude poorly-raised middle school kids. It’s just the worst experience ever. برنامج سيء جداً وقلة احترام في المعاملة، لا أنصح به أبداً. ### 1/5 — Good but.. *2020-03-21, version 7.3.2* The app is good, i like the variety of choice, however, they’re not good in delivering on time, for instance, i was supposed to get my delivery around 3:40 PM but i got it on 6:40 PM. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2020-03-03, version 7.3.2* Very very bad service from 11.30 am been waiting until 5.30 pm. Bad application! Also been lying about I’m sending wrong location it’s obviously bad in GPS!
