## What is Megatix?

The Megatix event management app enables event managers using the Megatix platform to turn their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch into a ticket scanner to be used for entry at any venue.

### 4.15 — 2026-08-18

We've improved speed and reliability when downloading seats for large events, and made improvements to the scanning screen for seated events.

We've made some changes to the ticket detail screen, when scanning seated events, to make it easier to see where guests are located at the venue

We've improved our scan results screen, to show more information about scanned tickets, both when they're valid and when they're aren't. We also show more information about tickets with specific seating or entrance requirements, such as gates, sections and seat numbers.
