I enjoy her music & playlists but many times it doesn’t recognize password randomly or it lately it just glitches and turns off in the middle of a song.

Love her voice and music, but like others I can’t access my account via the app. I can only login via the website. And I find myself not listening to her as much as I’d like because of this. I emailed her team a few months ago but never heard back.

Unlikely I will be renew my subscription because of this.

I’d be interested in paying for monthly subscription but the free trial only had about a dozen songs & was not user friendly. I couldn’t find half the songs from previous app that I truly flowed with and don’t recall the titles so wasn’t able to find but two that I happen to know titles. I hope the platform changes soon or one can purchase tracks from iTunes as only found one album.

Navigating to your cherished songs should be smooth. As you scroll down the homepage, you'll find sections titled 'All Albums' and 'All Playlists.' Swiping left or right here allows you to explore all Mei-lan’ albums and over 13 custom-curated playlists, encompassing her vast library of songs. Plus, each week we update these playlists with newly created songs, music videos, and meditations as they are created. You can also tap into the 'Library' feature to create your own custom playlists from the extensive song library where all the content is viewable in one list.

After the latest update I’m unable to access the app. I bought it through the App Store on my IPhone. Before it would just automatically log in. Now the app asks me to create an account (which I did, using the same email as my Apple ID) but it just doesn’t recognize my subscription, although I paid and Apple Store says I still have an active subscription.

### 2/5 — Love Mei-Lan having lots of issues with the app

I had been loving the app for a few months and then somehow I got an error showing either my user ID or password was incorrect. I tried “forgot password” but it hasn’t worked. Because I wasn’t sure if it wasn’t recognizing my email or my password, I decided to try and select the “sign-up” and it let me sign up, the only problem is that it wants me to re-subscribe for the app I’ve already been subscribed to and not able to use. 

I’ve also tried to click on the non-existent “click here” if you had a subscription to the old version, but it doesn’t work. This has been going on for a month or two and at this point, it’s easier to cancel. 

There isn’t any customer service email or any sort of support easily available, which is the reason for the review.

I cannot access my account any longer. It keeps logging me off and goes to a page that will not let me sign on. It takes too long to try to fix it, not worth $80 for something you can’t use regularly without issue. I have none of these problems with my other apps. Mei-lan please fix your app to be more user friendly and to remain logged on. I would like to remain a supporter. I will give this issue one more month, but when my subscription comes up for renewal in Sept if I still cannot login I am canceling.

While Mei-lan’s voice is absolutely beautiful, the service support is terrible. I purchased the app before the kinks were worked out. I cannot access the app any longer and when I reached out for support, I have gotten no response. $80 for an app that I can’t access. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. I wanted to support this beautiful soul but I won’t be. For such an expense, I expected much better.

This app needs to be completely rebooted. Mei-lan who is doing your app work? Hire someone else, do you see your reviews? 

It’s hard to enjoy spiritual enlightenment and pay money for it and your app doesn’t work. 

I have screenshots of the issues and I sent them to your customer support. I’m canceling today.

This app has some changes made which created huge issues for a massive chunk of us and now I’ve been unable to access the content or log in for over two months. I have been sending weekly emails begging for help, all I get is that the development team will reach out. They still have not reached out after 2 months! No one will provide a refund and no one will help. I honestly just wanted to listen to the music but I can’t and they do not help you. A really disappointing and unfair experience. I had planned on continuing but after this shocking experience, sadly I actually can’t. I cannot use the app and they don’t seem to care.

This app along with zero customer service evokes the opposite peaceful feeling I’m seeking. How do you feel good about taking peoples money and provide them with nothing…literally you can not access the app. But you got my money!

No email or updates to communicate with subscribers. 

App seems not to be functional and with out working customer service. Paid customers left wondering what happened. Says you can’t sign in with no functioning email communication. 

Was a beautiful app until they no longer stood behind their product.

I’m tech savvy and cannot find a way to cancel the subscription inside the app or on the website. Even the credit card charge does not have a phone number. (I’m canceling because the curated playlist JOY was eliminated)
