I’ve been thinking about refinancing, but it was hard to tell if it would actually be worth it. This app lets me track different mortgage rates and compare them with my current loan, including the estimated cost to refinance. It gives me a much clearer idea of whether I would really save money instead of just focusing on the lower rate. Really helpful and easy to use.
