If the rx was kicked out of being filled it should change the date to the last time it was filled and picked up. I’ve had medication physically ready at store and app doesn’t show it ready or in process. ### 3/5 — Mostly good. Needs store location update. *2025-02-20, version 7.4.1803* The app works ok, but I recently tried to pick up two new prescriptions and was told nothing was on file. Apparently, my doc sent the Rx to a store on the other side of town. Is there any way to display the store address in the Prescription tab for each Rx? This would have allowed me to catch the error in advance. ### 2/5 — Problem is poor store management not the app *2025-02-08* The store no longer allows transferring a prescription from another pharmacy in the app. They want you to give them the information and they will call the other pharmacy. Problem is the other pharmacy only has voicemail so the 2 scripts I requested to be transferred never happened and Meijer never followed up. They also on more than one occasion billed the wrong insurance, claimed they didn’t when asked, nearly running me out of critical medication. The manager fixed it the first time but apparently didn’t do anything with training so it doesn’t happen anymore. Probably going to go to a different pharmacy even though I don’t want to. **Developer response:** Hello, Expired scripts can be hidden two ways. 1. In the account tab is an option that will hide all expired scripts. 2. You can click on an individual script and click hide. If you need help with this email us at: meijersupport@mscripts.com ### 3/5 — App won’t open any more *2025-01-11, version 7.4.1803* Today I received a text message with a link which looked similar to the home page in the app. I checked the app earlier today and the home page hadn’t changed. Now tonight I find that the app won’t open at all. After making us download and install the app, are we no longer supposed to use it? ### 1/5 — Password reset *2025-01-01, version 7.4.1803* Stupid app is requiring me to change my password and wants 12 characters and upper and lower case and a special whatever. I use my face to log in. That’s pretty hard to hack. I can’t even get into my account because of this. The app hasn’t worked at all for displaying or filling prescriptions. You can login and see a menu screen with icons that are not even clickable. Programmer must not have learned how to make a functional program. Joke of an app. ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2024-11-11, version 7.4.1803* Can’t ever click on my prescription. This app never works for me. Thought it was my old phone but I got a new one and it’s still doing it. It takes me like 5 mins atleast each time just to look and my meds. So annoying really don’t like this app with I could look at them through something different. ### 1/5 — Lacks necessary features *2024-10-25* Using the phrase “last filled” and not having that relate to a script actually being filled is misleading and nonsensical. I drove to the pharmacy thinking my script was ready only to learn that phrase has nothing to do with the script being “filled” (which the pharmacist commiserated on and said they wished they would change, as this is a common issue). You can’t see the status of a script sent by a doctor. I had to call the pharmacy to understand where a script is at (thank goodness Meijer pharmacy staff is great and very helpful). For controlled substances, your doctor has to both send the script and you have to specifically request it be filled, which this app does not tell you. There’s no way to sign up for text notifications, which would have helped notify me of these issues. I had to have the pharmacist do it for me. I honestly cant see a single use for this app, apart from letting you know what scripts you’ve had in the past. Completely useless. ### 1/5 — Email address *2024-10-23, version 7.4.1803* This app is a joke to begin with by trying to create an account to fill up prescriptions, and having email to say invalid due to a email address has been made for an account in which it wasn’t. Some of the buttons and banner are hard to see due to the fact the app isn’t optimized for the larger screens. Or switch to cvs or something. ### 2/5 — Signing in for first time *2024-09-21* when I opened app I was so happy to see sign in page exactly like Meijer food app. Except when I used my sign in information I kept getting error messages about invalid email or password. Here's what the problem is no where on that page does it direct you to Account Creations and settings. I stumbled onto this section quite by accident after a few weeks of reentering my email address and password. Fix this issue immediately! I am sure others have become frustrated trying to sign in. Regularly forgets the account password which then requires a password reset request. I have been using Meijer Pharmacy for a long time & finally it has worked out with your help to finally get all my scripts in one place. You all are always kind, patient, respectful, courteous, go above & beyond to help & give great customer service!! But, I also appreciate the atmosphere you all provide amongst each other(cohesion, respect to each other in the workplace). I miss some of the past pharmacy workers that started this journey & have moved on in their lives. But the veterans you have left, continue to exhibit what our world needs today! The reminders are good to have as well as I get busy in my day and forget to take at the correct times. So far so good! ### 5/5 — Great app, easy to use *2020-12-01* This app is very easy to use. I like the fact that I don’t have to remember when I need to order a refill. I automatically get a reminder every month. A text comes when when it is time to pick up a medication. I can fill out my dob choose which medications I want it pick up, sign the screen and pick up my prescription. Many times I just go to the pickup window without even filling out the information and the meds are ready. This process makes it quick and easy to get my prescriptions. ### 5/5 — Very Useful *2020-07-23, version 7.2.412* This app is great for checking up on new and old prescriptions. You can see when your refill is due and refill your prescriptions right on the app. Along with Meijer Pharmacy text message notifications, it is a very convenient system. ### 4/5 — Great app! *2025-05-07* The app is wonderful for tracking your prescriptions! You can set reminders for when a refill is due, and it even has the option to send a notice to you Dr when a new script is needed! One improvement I would like is for the app you allow you to see how many scripts you have remaining for the controlled substances. Docs can write a script for 3 months (3 separate scripts are sent to pharmacy), but the patient cannot see when they’re on the last one - which is when an in-person appt is required with your Dr for the next set of 3-month scripts! Most might find this easy, but Autistic ADHD persons forget easily and typically have issues with tracking “time”, so this would be a small, super helpful update to avoid the patient running completely out (since refills can’t be called in until the EXACT day of the following month … which isn’t accurate when you only get 30 pills and several months have 31 days!! Also, for these types of meds, a text to notify the patient when a different manufacturer’s pill is substituted as they don’t always work the same! ### 4/5 — No big issues here! *2025-01-14, version 7.4.1803* Works OK 👍…. In the app, I can see the prescriptions and the amount due , but I do not see an express checkout option. ### 4/5 — What happened? *2020-12-09, version 7.3.305* I used to really like this app. There was an update earlier this week and I’ve only been able to get in once since then. Other times, I’ve tried getting in to check on my prescriptions and I just get a spinning wheel upon opening the app that says “processing” and nothing happens. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Frustrated. ### 4/5 — App is a good start *2019-09-20* Needs to offer auto refill option. Any with the box to “refill” in the list are grayed out even if there’s remaining refills. The list of prescriptions is a maze. Maybe show Rx drug name and collapse history in a pull down, otherwise it’s difficult to know which of the repeated prescriptions is the latest or has remaining refills left. - Example, had to look at details for the third repetition in the list to find a remaining refill listed. Need to allow a better option to add a payment method than coming into the store. Add ability to refill prescriptions with no remaining refills with a delay while you contact the prescriber for authorization. Take a look at Walgreens app for a nice example.
