## What is Mein erstes Spurenbuch?

This is the companion app to Spurenbuch - My First Book of Tracks by Roland Maurmair. It’s a book for children to get a first glimpse of the archaic art of track reading. It contains seven tracks of animals which are included in the book in the form of embossed prints and illustrations of the animals themselves. With the help of the app an image can be scanned and the animal materializes three-dimensionally on the paper.This playful interaction allows already very young children to get a vivid understanding of domestic and wild animals. They can explore the book with the app, play with the animals, hear the noises they produce and learn to read their tracks.
