Alles ist gut mit Fonic, ich bin sehr zufrieden, aber ich habe ein Problem mit dem Passwort. Ich möchte es ändern, aber Fonic schickt mir die E-Mail mit dem Aktivierungscode nicht zurück. Ich weiß nicht, warum.“

Leider öffnet sich bei mir die App überhaupt nicht. Auf verschiedenen Wegen habe ich es versucht, aber leider erfolglos. Wahrscheinlich werde ich deshalb den Anbieter wechseln.

Magst du dafür den Fehler etwas detaillierter beschreiben, dann finden wir bestimmt zusammen einen ersten Lösungsansatz.

Bei soviel negativen Rezensionen mal was positives.
Ich gebe zu, die Netzclub-App war einfach angenehmer, aber auch die FONIC-App funktioniert einwandfrei und macht was sie soll!

Die App ist eine Zumutung. In der alten App hat die automatische Abbuchung vom Bankkonto einwandfrei funktioniert, in der neuen ist das nicht mehr möglich, ohne das einem mitzuteilen, wodurch mein Guthaben ins negative gerutscht ist.
Auch funktioniert die automatische Verlängerung des Tarifs nicht mehr ordentlich, wodurch das Guthaben unwissentlich für mobile Daten außerhalb eines Tarifs verwendet wurden.
Eigentlich hat die App nichtmal einen Stern verdient und die Veröffentlichung ist eine Frechheit.
