Bitte wieder fixen! Es ist nervig, die App jedes Mal öffnen zu müssen, nach längeren Nichtgebrauch sich neu anmelden zu müssen etc. . Die Kontrolleure/Busfahrer*innen sind nicht alle so geduldig und verständnisvoll. Das ist ein absoluter Rückschritt, auch da man es so nur mit mobilen Internetempfang öffnen kann und dies auf der Strecke der RE 10 nicht komplett gegeben ist. Zusätzlich ist der Bug zum letzten Tag des Monats immer noch nicht gefixt. Die Account Löschung (für eine Neu-Registrierung mit dem richtigen Namen) erfolgt nur über eine Mail-Anfrage an die NIAG. Mails bleiben Tage lang unbeantwortet, es wird sogar geschrieben, man solle von Anrufen absehen. Während des Anrufs wird gesagt, der Account wird noch am selben Tag gelöscht, das passiert allerdings nicht.
