Access your insurance matters anytime, anywhere with the Meine DONAU app.

Review your contracts, claims, submitted invoices and much more! While helping to protect the environment by saving vast amounts of paper. 

After registering with one of your policy numbers, you can get started right away.

Meine DONAU is your one-stop shop where you will find your personal notifications with digital document delivery and an overview of all your policies. 

You can also report claims for your household, homeowners, car or motorcycle insurance in just a few minutes by uploading invoices and photos. Quickly submit fee notes from doctors and therapists, purchase receipts for medication or medical aids and confirmations of hospital visits, spa treatments and the participation of rehabilitation facility programs. 

After filing your claim, the app will do the rest for you. Regularly review the submission status in the app and be informed of any changes via push notifications.

Edit your personal data with ease utilizing the self-service function under profile settings.
