Schlafen die Programmierer? Bei mir läuft iOS 15.2 Noch ein Hinweis zur Fehlerbehebung: nach Eingabe der vierstelligen PIN läuft der „Spinner“ bis in alle Ewigkeit Update: jetzt geht alles plötzlich wieder. Bin mit der Deutschen Bank mehr als zufrieden. Alle Berater sind kompetent und die Technologie welche diese einsetzt ist mehr als sicher und der Technik der heutigen Zeit mehr als angepasst. Weiter so. Die App selber ist genau was ich suchte. Es wird alles gut und übersichtlich angezeigt. ### 5/5 — Alles im Blick *2019-12-31* Die App zeigt schnell und übersichtlich alle Kartenumsätze, so dass man jederzeit einen kompletten Überblick über seine Kartenzahlungen hat. Wenn die“offenen“ Umsätze jetzt noch separat und nicht nur in den Push-Nachrichten angezeigt und ggf. sogar noch aufaddiert werden, dann könnte man fast schon von perfekt sprechen. ### 5/5 — Face-ID fehlt , ... *2019-12-08* Eigentlich sehr gute App zur Anzeige der Kreditkartentransaktionen, insbesondere der Push der Nachrichten ist sehr sinnvoll. Was leider immer noch fehlt: - Face-ID als Ersatz für das veraltete PIN Verfahren - die Möglichkeit die PIN der Kreditkarte zu ändern - ein Update des User Interface: DB Logo beim Aufruf auf neuen iPhones verzerrt und wieso werden die Push Nachrichten nicht in der Transaktionsliste, sondern im Menü angezeigt? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Request Error *2024-12-13* The app is unusable. Account information is entered, then get a "Request Error" preventing anything from proceeding. Uninstall/reinstall does nothing. ### 1/5 — Unreliable, inaccurate and mosleading *2024-04-29, version 3.1.5* This App is complete rubbish. It does not accurately display transactions for a particular period, it does not show transactions that make up the total outstanding, it does not show reconcilable totals, in short completely useless. My advice is to keep a ledger using pen and paper. DB should scrap this App and either forget about it or produce something that works. I have given one star because it is not possible to give none. Why? Has anything changed? In my iPhone settings the app is allowed to send notifications, however when I use the card it is no longer sending push notifications to me. ### 3/5 — Grundsätzlich ok, aber... *2018-10-16* Die App ist leider schlecht durchdacht. Lange Ladezeiten, obwohl eine schnelle Internetverbindung besteht. Das Menü ist auf den ersten Blick übersichtlich. Auf den zweiten aber chaotisch und unlogisch. Wieso wähle ich Umsätze Oktober aus, mir werden aber auch Zahlungen vom September angezeigt, bzw. eine Übersicht über mehrere Monate. Das hatte ich nicht angeklickt. Das Interface hat auf jeden Fall ein Update nötig. Das technische (über Zahlungen benachrichtigt werden) funktioniert gut und nur mit kleiner Verzögerung. Ebenfalls bitte nachbessern: Fotos bzw. Kassenbelege; es fehlt ein scan tool, es werden nur Fotos gesichert. Diese sind begrenzt und schwer zu finden, um sie anzuschauen oder zu drucke, um die Belege dann z.B. einzureichen.
