Steinzeit ### 1/5 — Fondssparen unmöglich *2025-09-14, version 1.0.25* Bei ING war es ein Kinderspiel, intuitiv, aber da fragt man sich, was die UX Designer bei bank99 beruflich machen. Ein Stern ist da noch zu viel. ### 1/5 — Wirklich völlig unbrauchbare App *2025-07-30, version 1.0.25* Die sms Bestätigung für den Login kommt einfach nie an. Erst nach x Versuchen geht mal eine durch. Nach dem Login ist alles extrem unübersichtlich. Wofür zur Hölle brauche ich ein Profilbild in meinem online Banking? Genau so warum gibt es drei verschiedene Apps die ich brauche um vernünftigen Zugriff zu bekommen? Wenn sich das nicht bald verbessert, ein echter Kündigungsgrund! ### 1/5 — Furchtbar *2025-07-14, version 1.0.25* Wenn ihr eure Kunden zum kündigen bringen wollt sagt es uns doch wenigstens ins Gesicht und nervt nicht mit so einer Frechheit an App. Man kann nicht mal überweisen weil die sms nie ankommt! ### 1/5 — Okay99 kann nur im AT Shop geladen werden *2025-06-17, version 1.0.25* Gruselig. Warum kann ich die okay99 App nicht im Deutschen Apple Shop laden? Wann wird das bereit gestellt, wie lange braucht ihr für sowas? Die App an sich ist schon gefühlt Steinzeit, aber die Usability wird völlig unnötig erschwert. So etwas kenne ich von keiner anderen Bank, bei denen ich Konto habe oder hatte ### 1/5 — Katastrophe *2025-06-02, version 1.0.25* App-Design aus der Steinzeit, Usibility unterirdisch. Einloggen jedesmal neu, Daten werden nicht in Chain gespeichert, kein Face-ID dafür. 2-Factor nur per SMS, weil die empfohlene Okay99-App nicht nutzbar ist, nur im österreichischen Apple-Shop ladbar. Echte Dilettanten-App, aber mangels Alternative muss man sie nutzen. Ein kompletter Rückschritt von der Ing-Diba-App. Mal bei anderen Bank-Apps abschauen, z.B. DKB. ### 1/5 — 🫣 *2025-05-26, version 1.0.25* Allein wegen der App denk ich daran das Konto zu wechseln 😅😅😅 ### 1/5 — Worst upgrade ever *2025-05-14, version 1.0.25* This app was great, with possibility to use Face ID, smoother usage in general… but now it is a complete waste of time to do a simple transaction. I am really considering changing my bank because of this ### 1/5 — Katastrophe !! *2025-05-11, version 1.0.25* Leute, was habt ihr euch denn bei dieser App gedacht ? Also das ist mal ein klares downgrade zur ehemaligen ING App 🙈 folgende Kritikpunkte: unübersichtlich, kompliziert, nicht intuitiv genug, smsTan funktioniert sehr schlecht, kommt die meiste Zeit erst garnicht an, Überweisungen zu wiederholen ist ebenfalls nicht möglich, Rechnungen Fotografieren wo eben gleich alle Daten entnommen werden nicht möglich, man muss alles einzeln abfotografieren und das möglichst genau 🤦🏻‍♂️ bitte ganz schnell Verbesserungen herbeiführen .. das ist echt anstrengend, nervig und nicht zeitgemäß. Orientiert euch doch einfach an der ehemaligen ING App die war echt nicht schlecht. Man muss nicht immer das ganze Rad neu erfinden. ### 1/5 — Langsam und umständlich *2025-05-09, version 1.0.25* Leider musste ich von ING at zur Bank 99 wechseln, was an sich nicht problematisch wäre. Aber die Apps und das Online Banking von Bank99 ist viel langsamer, umständlicher und unübersichtlicher als das von der ING.
