Please take the time to fully translate your app in the languages you offer. Your customers will get more out of the app and you will get more € from your customers. Mein Neubau ist gerade fertig geworden und wird seit einigen Wochen von mir bewohnt. Meine Wohnung will ich noch ein bis zwei Jahre behalten. Der Service, der Telekom war in den letzten Monaten jedoch überhaupt nicht zu kritisieren. Mein neuer Anschluss kam pünktlich das ist noch kein Glasfaser ist, stört mich nicht. Ich war mit allen Beratungsgesprächen sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren kompetent, sehr freundlich und haben versucht meine Bedürfnisse sinnvoll zu erfassen und haben das dann entsprechend umgesetzt. Am Samstag war ich im Telekom Shop, weil ich noch einen WLAN Verstärker zusätzlich im neuen Haus installieren wollte. Die Mitarbeiterin war schon mit dem Kunden vor mir sehr freundlich und das hat sich bei mir fortgesetzt.
