Wenn ich das ohne durch die Stadt scrollen zu müssen schneller nachgucken könnte wäre das Konzept der Hammer. Überall steht eins dieser Bikes rum, super praktisch. ### 4/5 — Zuverlässige App mit kleinem Schwachpunkt *2026-03-17, version v4.8.9* Die App „Siggi“ (bzw. „MeinSiggi“) macht im Grunde genau das, was sie soll – und das zuverlässig. Das Ausleihen und Zurückgeben der Fahrräder funktioniert reibungslos, die App läuft stabil und ich hatte bisher keine technischen Probleme. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist für mich allerdings die Rückmeldung beim Abstellen der Fahrräder: Wenn man ein Rad außerhalb des erlaubten Bereichs abstellt, weist die App nicht darauf hin. Stattdessen wird die Rückgabe zunächst als erfolgreich angezeigt, ohne Hinweis darauf, dass das Fahrrad eigentlich nicht korrekt abgestellt wurde. Das kann im Zweifel zu unnötiger Verwirrung führen. Wenn Sie vor dem Supermarkt parken, und nach wenigen Minuten zurück kommen, kann es der Fall sein, dass jemand das Fahrrad ausgeliehen hat. Sie bezahlen aber trotzdem eine Strafe von 20 Euro. Sie nehmen von Ihnen das Geld. Sie verdienen unverschämt von dem Anderen auch. Machen Sie eine Fahrtpause, wenn Sie weiterfahren möchten. Sonst kann es der Fall sein, dass der Platz vor einem Supermarkt unerlaubt. Sie sagen in social media „eigentlich nach 3 Mal falsch Parken, erhoben wir die Strafe. Das ist auch eine Lüge. Ich habe das Fahrrad vielleicht 3 Mal insgesamt benutzt. Angeblich habe icj in 2022 auch falsch geparkt (ohne Strafe). Zweites Mal haben Sie schon. Eine Warnung über App könnte das Problem so einfach lösen und IT-technisch so einfach machbar, aber Sie machen es, meiner Meinung nach, bewusst nicht, weil Sie doppel verdienen können, wie in meinem Fall. Ich möchte kurz davor warnen. Ich habe Nextbike auch gesagt, dass ich die Dienstleistung nicht benutzen werde, wenn ich nicht muss. Ich empfehle es Ihnen auch. ### 4/5 — Dankbarkeit *2025-07-14, version v4.8.9* Ich liebe diesen Service. Ich nutze fast jeden Tag Siggibikes als Student und privat. Ich würd am liebsten für die Influencer Werbung machen, aber ich bin ein Niemand😂. Eigentlich würde ich gerne viel mehr Leuten davon erzählen, aber der Interessenkonflikt ist zu hoch, weil dann ja weniger Bikes in meiner Stadt zur Verfügung stehen (Bielefeld).
