There could be formatting improvements to make the experience on iPad/iPad pro for more instinctive. For example, when typing up a comment, you can barely read what you are typing an yet there is a massive window opened for it. This doesn’t happen on mobile - it is clunky and awkward on iPad. Proper user Warnings before cards are archived would also be good. We currently have an open ticket since December 2024 (September 2025 now), with no resolution or movement. This issue is causing meistertask errors to occur 5-10 times per day. As such it’s really hard to recommend Meistertask in any professional capacity. ### 1/5 — Horrible Support and Lost My Access as a longtime subscriber. *2025-09-03, version 6.9.4* Am an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. I am trying to pay them for my subscription so that I can continue my work based on this platform, I’ve been trying to proactively deal this matter since July 2025. They dropped the ball on solving my problems with subscribing, having access to the platform and my access on my iOS devices. As notificações não são dadas como lidas no app, apesar de todas já estarem lidas pelo site e o app, agora, da erro e fecha sozinho. Infelizmente, algo que era muito bom, parou de funcionar. Their customer “support” will just keep pulling you around in a circle and not actually do anything to fix the issue. If you’re going to rely on this app to help you run a business, just don’t. ### 1/5 — App crashes at startup *2025-04-05, version 6.8.5* I installed the app, launched it, it crashed. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, relaunched it, it crashed again. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-01-26, version 6.3.0* Pro Subscription paid 10 Jan, downgraded to free basic 26 Jan with no refund. No response to emails. ### 1/5 — Be very cautious, using this company and their fine print in their contracts. *2024-11-30, version 6.7.10* This is a mediocre software all functions are easily performed on Microsoft. After you sign up send them a notice to cancel or they will force you to renew for a year and threaten to take legal action if you do not pay them. I used the software for 6 months on a couple projects. It was a fine experience. I then began using a superior software in Microsoft 365. I stopped using Meister task. They then sent me an email claiming I owe them $1700 for a renewal with a threat of collections and legal action if I don’t pay. I haven’t touched the software in over six months most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard forcing somebody to do business with you is the most ridiculous business practice I’ve ever heard of.
