I’ve ordered from this company five or six times now. The last one being well over a year ago until nearly two weeks ago. I’m still waiting, even though what I ordered was in stock. And now I find out it’s being shipped through Amazon. I don’t know why, but that feels gross to me. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again after this last experience.

Trying to buy necklace for wife. Website didn’t work at all so I had to download the app. App was awful too. It didnt have filters for search. Nor could I find information about the stone. Waste of time.

This app isn’t good. Even with the most up to date version, I can’t even browse through a single category fully without being redirected to an error page. Going to delete the app and go back to just the website. A shame. It’s a great idea and the interface is appealing. Just junky

None of the tabs worked, sometimes it’ll show for a split second wherever I’m trying to go to, but otherwise it’s completely useless to use the app. Thought it would be better since the website is already slow asl and tedious to navigate. Pls fix either or, it’s very slowly deterring me from even trying to buy anything.

In the recent update, there are many errors in the app. Clicking on the items redirected to “page not found”, “does not exist”. With that said, it’d redirect me to top items to explore. However, click on those recommended suggestions also lead to the same errors mention above. Difficult to shop from them when the app doesn’t make it easy
