## What is Mekimeki?

Mekimeki is a free workout tracker for people who take strength training seriously — free, and complete. 873 exercises are built in, every one with images and step-by-step instructions, filtered by 17 specific muscles, 12 kinds of equipment and 7 training categories. Unlimited routines, unlimited history and every progress chart are yours on day one, along with multi-week programs, a training calendar, 54 ready-made plans and nine ways to read your progress. No subscription, no trial that expires, no ads, and no account to create.

IS IT REALLY FREE?
Yes, and not a stripped free tier. There is no PRO version, no upgrade screen and nothing to unlock, because there is nothing to upgrade to. Save as many templates as you want, not three. Keep every session you have ever logged, with no cut-off on how far back you can read. Open any progress chart over your whole history, not the last few weeks. Take any built-in plan.

DOES IT WORK OFFLINE?
Yes, completely. Start logging with no internet connection, so a basement gym or a dead spot never costs you a set. Your training stays on your device, and your own iCloud backs it up and syncs it across your devices.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no login screen. You are logging sets seconds after opening the app.

873 EXERCISES, ALREADY THERE
The library filters by specific muscle rather than broad body region, and by equipment from barbell, dumbbell and machine to cable, bands, kettlebell and bodyweight. Categories cover strength, powerlifting, olympic lifting, plyometrics, strongman, stretching and cardio. Names and instructions are translated into all 11 languages the app speaks. Add your own movements as well, with no limit.

START EVERY SESSION YOUR WAY
Jump into a blank workout or start from a saved template, and log every set in full: weight, reps, and rest. Last time's weight and reps for that exercise sit beside the input, so you always have a target.

START FROM A READY-MADE PLAN
Browse 54 free training plans built in, 47 single sessions and 7 multi-day packs covering push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full body, and more. Take one and it becomes an ordinary template you own and can edit freely.

BUILD TEMPLATES AND MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS
Create reusable templates for any split and load one instantly when you are ready to train. Build structured programs from them: set the duration, choose sessions per week, name each training day, pick a start date, and track the whole thing on your calendar, with deload weeks laid out ahead of time. Export any month of training as an image in four styles.

SIX SET TYPES, SCORED NOT JUST LABELLED
Mark a set as normal, warm-up, drop set, failure, assisted, or per side. Warm-up sets stay out of your records and volume, per-side sets count both sides, and assisted reps read as assistance rather than load, with no bodyweight entry needed.

READ YOUR PROGRESS NINE WAYS
Every session is saved in full. Mekimeki estimates your 1RM using Brzycki, Epley or a hybrid formula and flags new personal records the moment you hit them. Progress Cards turn that history into a straight answer about one exercise: volume, reps, your load ladder, records, your performance floor and your strength curve, nine views in all. A full-body muscle map colours all 17 muscle groups from the sets you logged. Pin what you want to watch, or let the card rotate and choose for you.
