## What is mektebi.ch?

Mektebi is the school platform of mosques. Each mosque runs its Qur'an school (mekteb) on it, and with this app students, parents and teachers always have it at hand.

FOR STUDENTS
- Hand in your assignments as text, a photo of your written work, a file or a recording of your recitation
- Your class schedule and next lessons
- Grades and feedback from your teacher
- Milestones and certificates as you complete a level

FOR PARENTS
- Follow each of your children: next class, open tasks, attendance
- See at a glance what needs your attention
- Write to your mosque's mekteb directly

FOR TEACHERS
- Plan classes in the calendar and take attendance
- Set assignments and grade submissions, including recorded recitations
- Students and groups by level
- Issue level certificates

MADE FOR YOUR PHONE
- A tab bar that fits your role
- Notifications for classes, new assignments, grades, certificates and messages, with Mektebi's own sound
- Tap a notification to open the right screen
- On iPhone and iPad
- A clear notice when you are offline, with one tap to try again

SAFE AND PRIVATE
Messages only go between families and the staff of their own mosque. No ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases.

The courses and materials are published by your mosque and its teachers. Mektebi hosts and organises them so the teaching reaches every student.

You need an account to sign in: your mosque creates it, or you join your mosque as a family. Available in English, German, French, Italian, Romansh and Albanian.
