The favourites make it easy to keep track of the films I'm seeing or interested in. Good level of info on the films, locations and festival events. Only one usability issue; after seeing detail on a film, returning to the program takes you to the start and not to the film you were looking at. When you search by category it shows you last years film. Useless. Emailed them to tell them. Ignored. Shame. Worked well last year. Was a great app to buy tickets and plan the festival. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2013-03-12* Worst app ever. I can't count how many times I have deleted and downloaded this to try to get it to work. It worked fine at first and I bought lots of tickets and downloaded the Q codes for the tickets. Then I updated the app. I couldn't log in then. Delete and re download. This happened a few times and each time my Q codes would be re loaded onto the app. Then I updated the app and the codes no longer could be retrieved. Further deleting and re downloading didn't help. So I've lost my Q codes. Now I can't even log in. I can log in fine on the website. This app has also crashed a few times. I have iPhone 5. Really annoying app. My advice is if it works okay DO NOT UPDATE IT. ### 2/5 — Poor colour choices *2022-11-06* The black colour doesn’t seem to make it possible to easily read it on the phone, the background and text become one ### 2/5 — Unable to use *2020-03-01* I’ve downloaded this app 3 times, twice it loaded with 2019 films, most recent download shows no films. The digital tickets , being able to save these into the wallet feature on my iPhone. Cons : you can not browse without the date . Eg look via category such as look for lesbian movies Using passes for two people at the same time is clumsy and annoying . The challenge again this year is the streaming. It’s easier to get to, and that’s great. The only thing missing is an algorithm for detecting overlapping sessions or impossible venue to venue transitions. I love how it gives you a link to the movies and also you're able to search movies using the filters.
